Via the website

1. Go totheAmazon website of the country for which you bought the gift card.
2. Sign in with your account.
3. At the top of your account, click on "Account and Lists".
4. Select "Gift vouchers".
5. Click on "Add gift voucher.
6. Enter the code and click "Apply to your balance".

Via the Amazon app:

1. Select the menu icon in the app.
2. Select "Gift cards".
3. Then select "Do you have a gift voucher?".
4. Enter the code and select "Apply to your balance".

How can I request my balance?

Desktop. Go to Your account, then click 'Gift vouchers - View balance or redeem a card'.

Mobile phone or tablet. In the Amazon app, go to your account and then click 'Manage gift card balance'.

Do you already have an account?

The Amazon gift card is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
