How do I use my giftcard

Via the app:

How do I use my giftcard

  1. Open the Google Pay or Apple Wallet app.

  2. Load your Bitsa data.

  3. You can now make purchases and pay via your smartphone, both online and in shops.

How can I request my balance?

  1. You can redeem your BITSA code in a few easy steps via the website or app:

    Online redemption:

    1. Go to the BITSA website and log in to your BITSA account.
    2. Select your virtual credit card.
    3. Click on 'Top Up' and select 'Voucher'.
    4. Enter the code you received from Beltegoed.nl.
    5. Accept the terms and conditions and charging fees.
    6. Redemption is complete.

    In-app redemption:

    1. Open the app and click on your virtual credit card. To create a BITSA Card, click on the '+' sign in the top right corner.
    2. Click on 'Top Up' and select 'Voucher'.
    3. Enter the code you received from Beltegoed.co.uk.
    4. Accept the terms and conditions and top-up fee.
    5. Redemption is complete.

How long is my calling credit valid?

Bitsa vouchers expire 3 months after the purchase date. Make sure you redeem your voucher within this period.

What is Bitsa?

BITSA is a convenient online prepaid VISA card. You can use it to pay both online and offline, anywhere VISA is accepted. Think websites like Amazon and Zalando, and even on your PlayStation and Nintendo consoles. A BITSA card is not linked to a bank account, so you never have to share your bank details

To pay with the BITSA Prepaid card, enter the credit card number and CVC when you want to pay with VISA. If you have a physical BITSA Card, you can use it to pay in-store.
