A Binance Gift Card code is valid for up to 1 year after purchase. So make sure you redeem your Binance Gift Card code within that year.

This code is not returnable. The right to return expires on receipt of the code. For any payment presented in a currency other than Euro, the currency will be converted into Euro, taking into account the exchange rates applicable on that date.

If the PIN is lost, you will not receive a new code. If fraud, intentional or gross negligence of the customer is suspected, Binance Gift Card may choose to block the account. In that case, contact Binance Gift Card customer service by clicking here.

In principle, purchases of digital products and digital content are final. This means that, as a rule, no refund of the amount paid will be given, unless required by local legislation or supplier of the specific gift or game card. For all other products, your right of withdrawal expires upon receipt of the code.
